    This McD's at the Florence train station was welcoming. The service was good and all the food came out quick.

    I didn't like their small chicken sandwich with ketchup--poor flavor. The wings were small but really crispy and tasty. The banana shake was pretty good as well.

    If anything, this place is a nice place to sit and relax before your train arrives. Be aware the restroom costs .80 euros.

    Fucking assholes gave me cheese on my hamburger. I am allergic to cheese.

    Basically they don't give a shit what you get. Food's undercooked... is you even get the right order.

    Terrible service cause we had to get the sandwich exchanged twice! It doesn't have enough zucchini like their promo pic. The zucchini was like pickles....  Sigh what a disappointment!!! But gonna try it since. Here

    It was a sweltering mid-afternoon when we were in town doing some sightseeing.  Lo and behold, the golden arches appeared just around the corner.  Perfect timing to stretch the legs and replenish our energy.

    It's always an eyeopening experience visiting the chain in foreign countries because their menus are so different from the ones at home.  On this occasion, I spotted something I would never have imagined from McDonald's kitchen.  McLobster roll!?  For €11 only?  And it came with a soda even!  I couldn't believe my eyes.  We got one to try out of curiosity and were pleasantly surprised.  The sandwich was actually quite good.  Now if only they would bring this to the states.

    The restaurant itself was fine, not dirty.  The workers were normal except that they spoke Italian.  But it was a neat mini riposo for us.

    Security guard sexuallly assisted my friend, big fat short hair weird looking guy, should get fired never go here.... Burger King much friendlier.
